– The juicy,
flavorful sausage is made in a multi-million-dollar processing
system that stuffs, smokes and partially cooks the sausage.
Then the meat is sealed in its package and is fully cooked and
chilled. Since Texas Smokehouse Sausage is cooked in its
package, it seals out contaminants, enabling it to stay fresh
longer. It will be available at leading retail stores in 2007.

making quality sausage products in Waelder, Texas since 1959.
